Next-Gen Business Visionaries: Teen Leaders

Shaping entrepreneurial thinking through creativity, decision-making and real business insight.

Elementary Education

Programme

Cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset as students test ideas, design brands and connect learning with real companies.

Next-Gen Visionaries is a one-week international exchange that places entrepreneurship at the centre of learning. Students examine how businesses emerge by observing urban spaces, collaborating with peers from another country and transforming ideas into concrete concepts. Through team challenges, brand design tasks and a visit to a working company, participants connect creativity with economic reality. The programme concludes with presentations, recognition of effort and shared celebration.

  • Interpret entrepreneurial needs – Recognise problems that can be addressed through business ideas.
  • Frame business concepts – Structure an idea into a simple, coherent business model.
  • Negotiate decisions – Reach agreements within teams through discussion and compromise.
  • Articulate value propositions – Explain why a product or service matters to users.
  • Construct visual identities – Create logos, names and symbols aligned with brand values.
  • Strengthen persuasive skills – Present ideas clearly and convincingly to an audience.
  • Relate theory to practice – Compare classroom concepts with real company operations.
  • Operate digital design tools – Apply basic graphic tools for professional-style outputs.
  • Collaborate across cultures – Work productively with international peers.
  • Evaluate entrepreneurial viability – Reflect on whether ideas could function in real contexts.
